RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES OF SHINE WHITENING PATCHES AND ALL OTHER PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. By completing a purchase from TEEFGLOW ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Customer", "you", "your") acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, except as specifically provided under Section 2 (60-Day Money-Back Guarantee) of this Policy.

1.1 No Returns or Refunds

Except as expressly set forth in this Policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or packaging
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (Customer is responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase)
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Ordering duplicate products
  • No longer wanting or needing the product

1.2 No Exceptions

The Company will not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges outside of the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee outlined in Section 2, regardless of circumstances. This includes:

  • Medical reasons or conditions
  • Financial hardship
  • Shipping delays
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Incomplete results
  • Any other personal circumstances

1.3 Customer Responsibility

It is the Customer's sole responsibility to:

  • Review all product information, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchase
  • Verify shipping address accuracy before completing purchase
  • Understand that all sales are final at the time of purchase
  • Acknowledge acceptance of this Policy by completing the purchase

2. 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (SOLE EXCEPTION)

The ONLY exception to our all-sales-final policy is the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Shine Whitening Patches, subject to the strict terms and conditions below. This guarantee does NOT apply to any other products.

2.1 Guarantee Statement

We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with the results of Shine Whitening Patches after consistent and proper use as directed, we will refund the purchase price of the Product, subject to ALL terms and conditions in this Section 2.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria - ALL CONDITIONS MUST BE MET

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, ALL of the following conditions must be met without exception:

Time Requirements:

  • Refund request submitted no later than 60 calendar days from Product delivery date (NOT purchase date)
  • Product used consistently as directed for minimum 45 consecutive days prior to refund request
  • Returned Product received by Company within 14 calendar days of refund authorisation

Documentation Requirements:

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation)
  • Completed Product Feedback Form provided by Company
  • Original Product bottle returned (may be empty, partially used, or unused)
  • Valid return authorisation number issued by Company

Purchase Requirements:

  • Product purchased directly from Company's official website at teefglow.com or authorised retailer listed on our website
  • First-time purchase of Shine Whitening Patches by Customer
  • Customer has NOT previously received refund for any Shine Whitening Patches product

Product Condition Requirements:

  • No signs of tampering, contamination, deliberate damage, or misuse
  • Original Product bottle with intact labelling
  • Product stored and used per packaging instructions

2.3 Automatic Disqualifications

Refund requests will be IMMEDIATELY DENIED if any of the following apply:

Timing Violations:

  • Request submitted after 60 days from delivery
  • Product not used for required 45 consecutive days
  • Product not returned within 14 days of authorisation

Purchase Violations:

  • Purchased from unauthorised sellers, auction sites, or resellers
  • Customer previously received refund for Shine Whitening Patches products
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised purchase

Product Violations:

  • Evidence of tampering, contamination, or misuse
  • Not used as directed on packaging
  • Cannot verify as authentic Shine Whitening Patches product

Process Violations:

  • Failed to provide required documentation
  • Failed to complete Product Feedback Form
  • Failed to return Product within timeframe
  • Provided false or misleading information

Fraud:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of Policy
  • Violation of terms of sale or use

2.4 Refund Process

Step 1 - Initial Contact:
Contact customer service at jacobpalliser23@gmail.com with order number and Product details.

Step 2 - Documentation:
Complete and submit Product Feedback Form within 3 business days of initial contact.

Step 3 - Review:
Company reviews request within 5 business days. If approved, issues Return Authorisation Number and shipping instructions.

Step 4 - Return Shipping:
Customer ships Product bottle with Return Authorisation Number within 14 days. Customer pays all return shipping costs and bears risk of loss during return.

Step 5 - Refund Processing:
Upon receipt and verification, Company processes refund within 10 business days to original payment method.

2.5 Refund Limitations

Amount Refunded:
Product purchase price ONLY. The following are NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Original shipping and handling fees
  • Expedited shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Taxes (unless required by law)
  • Gift wrapping or special packaging fees

Refund Method:
Original payment method only. No cash, check, or alternative methods.

Purchase Limit:
One refund per customer. Multiple unit purchases only eligible for refund of ONE unit.

2.6 Company Rights

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any refund request not meeting eligibility criteria
  • Refuse refunds believed to involve fraud or abuse
  • Investigate any refund request, including verifying usage and authenticating Product
  • Request additional documentation, photographs, or information
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate this guarantee at any time (changes apply to future purchases)

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

3.1 Inspection Upon Delivery

Customer must inspect Product immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2 Reporting Damage

To report damaged or defective Product, contact jacobpalliser23@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged Product and packaging
  • Description of defect or damage

3.3 Company Discretion

The Company will determine, in its sole discretion, whether Product is damaged or defective. If approved, Company may provide replacement or refund at Company's discretion. Claims made after 48 hours will NOT be accepted.


4. INCORRECT ORDERS

4.1 Company Error Only

If the Company ships an incorrect product due to Company error (not Customer error in ordering), Customer must contact jacobpalliser23@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos.

4.2 Verification Required

The Company will verify the error. If confirmed as Company error, Company will provide correct product or refund at Company's discretion.

4.3 Customer Error

If Customer ordered wrong product, incorrectly entered shipping information, or made any other error, NO returns or refunds will be provided. All sales are final.


5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Address Accuracy

Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address. Company is NOT responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by Customer.

5.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

Company is NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Customer should contact shipping carrier and file claim if applicable.

5.3 Shipping Delays

Company is NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond Company's control. NO refunds for shipping delays.


6. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

6.1 Zero Tolerance

The Company has zero tolerance for fraud. Any attempt to defraud Company or abuse this Policy includes:

  • Providing false information
  • Multiple refund requests under different names or accounts
  • Returning counterfeit, substitute, or different products
  • Making unauthorised purchases for purpose of obtaining refunds
  • Chargeback fraud

6.2 Consequences

Fraudulent activity will result in:

  • Immediate denial of refund request
  • Termination of Customer account
  • Ban from future purchases
  • Legal action and referral to law enforcement
  • Pursuit of all available remedies

7. CHARGEBACKS

7.1 Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting Company directly is considered fraud. If Customer files chargeback:

  • Customer immediately forfeits any right to refund under this Policy
  • Customer account will be permanently terminated
  • Customer will be banned from future purchases
  • Company may pursue legal action

7.2 Required Contact

Customer must contact Company directly BEFORE filing any chargeback or payment dispute.


8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • This Policy provides the sole and exclusive remedy available to Customers
  • Company's total liability shall NOT exceed purchase price of Product
  • Company is NOT liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
  • Company makes NO warranties beyond those expressly stated

9. NO MODIFICATIONS

This Policy may NOT be modified, altered, or supplemented by any Customer communication, agreement, or understanding. Only written amendments signed by authorised Company representative will modify this Policy.


10. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved per dispute resolution procedures in Company's Terms of Service.
